Before you decide
Book a 'Find out more' call with us before you decide to go ahead. It's free! In this initial 15-30 minute call, we can explore what you're looking for, answer your questions and discuss how we can help.
When you're ready to start
1: Welcome Pack: We send you a Welcome pack setting out exactly what will happen at each step of the way.
2: Topic Selection: You select the topics you want to include from our comprehensive list of suggestions.
3: Getting To Know You: We have a 'Getting to Know You' session of one hour to start gathering information for your book.
4: Interview/s: We interview you in a relaxed conversational way, usually by video using Zoom. The number of interview sessions needed depends on the service you choose. As a guide, one interview session is equal to around one hour.
5: Photos: You choose the photos and memorabilia you want to include in your book.
6: Editing: We transcribe and edit your interviews so they are reader-friendly and still sound just like you.
7: Design: We design and prepare a draft of your book based on your colour and style preferences.
8: Review and Revise: We hold a 'Review and Revise' session with you to make any changes once you've checked through everything.
9: Print: We finalise and print your book.
10: And finally: You receive your beautiful, hard-back, keepsake books for you and your family to treasure forever.
After
You can order extra copies of your book or the recordings of your interviews.
